As part of its business expansion, the educational organization SocialSpace Academy – Member of the CIBIT Institute is accepting applications for immediate recruitment of a Marketing & Communications Officer to join the company’s team in a permanent, full-time position in Nicosia:

Short Description:

As a Marketing & Communications Officer for our professional training organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and conveying our brand’s voice and message. Your creativeness and passion for results will be instrumental in developing and implementing communication strategies that effectively reach and engage our target audiences, exploiting a wide range of channels and activities.

Duties:

• Develop and execute innovative communication strategies that align with our organization’s goals, enhancing our visibility and impact in the professional training sector.
• Craft compelling content for various platforms such as social media, newsletters, press releases, and our website, ensuring consistency and quality in our messaging.
• Manage and maintain media relations, acting as a primary point of contact for media inquiries and building positive relationships with journalists and other media professionals.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and strategies, providing regular reports and insights to guide future initiatives.
• Manage the digital presence and communication of the Organization in various channels: Websites, Social Media, Newsletters, and others.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Greek), with a proven ability to create engaging and effective content for diverse audiences in both languages.
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Highly organized, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including social media management and basic graphic design online apps.
• Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and technologies such as Meta Ad Manager and Google ad Manager will be considered an advantage.
